I freelanced for a local real estate agency from April 2019 - March 2024. During this time I managed their social media accounts, updated their WordPress site, and created any print pieces that they requested. While the majority of their social posts were advertising new listings, or recently sold homes, we also tried to create community and conversation by engaging current and future clients.

Here are a few samples of social media posts that I created for Denali. Throughout the years, I moved towards a consistent look and feel for listing posts, but updated the colors to still catch the eye of someone scrolling through their feed. I would frequently post testimonials that were received as well.

For holidays, I always tried to put a housing/real estate spin on it — whether it was a box of house-shaped chocolates for Valentine’s Day or an intentionally silly, Star Wars inspired May the 4th post!

I designed these postcards to increase the awareness of Denali’s recently launched app. It was my goal to keep consistent branding, while giving current, future, and past clients a quick and easy way to download the app.

When they wanted to increase their brand visibility to future clients with higher-end homes to sell, I created this postcard to encourage those clients to reach out to Denali. Often, homes with larger price tags will sit on the market longer than those that are priced lower. Denali wanted to reassure those potential sellers that they would be able to quickly sell their homes, despite the cost and current market statistics.

Realizing they had sold homes all over Southeastern Wisconsin, but never any in their own neighborhood, Denali asked me to create a postcard specifically targeted to their neighbors. My goal was to create a friendly design with content that would encourage future clients to reach out to their friendly neighborhood Real Estate Agents!
